As an Organisation for Financing Pensions (OFP), OGEO FUND is subject to very strict external control. The appointed actuary and statutory auditor are part of OGEO FUND’s external control mechanisms.
To ensure maximum rigour, OGEO FUND has also voluntarily set up various internal control bodies, including an internal audit which is subcontracted to our subsidiary Integrale Insurance Services SA. The Compliance Officer also takes part in the internal audit of the OFP.

OGEO FUND is als organisme voor de financiering van pensioenen onderworpen aan zeer strenge externe controles. De aangestelde actuaris en de erkende commissaris maken deel uit van het externe controleproces van OGEO FUND.
Met het oog op een optimale controle heeft OGEO FUND op eigen initiatief verschillende interne controleorganen opgezet, waaronder een interne auditfunctie, die is uitbesteed aan onze dochteronderneming Integrale Insurance Services NV. De Compliance Officer is eveneens bij de interne controle van het OFP betrokken.
